The last Saturday, the children of our employees visited our plant atSienkiewicza Street as part of the special event “Mom, Dad, where do you work?”. We prepared an unforgettable adventure for them!
The tour was organized into five groups – tailored to the age of the participants. The visit began in the conference room, where the youngest guests received personalized name badges, helmets, and vests, and took part in a short health and safety training.Next, we headed to the executive offices – the children got to sit in the President’s chair, explore the rooms, and enjoy some sweet treats. For many of them, it was also their first time seeing a classic typewriter and an old fashioned rotary phone!
The adventure continued with a walk across the “glass bridge” to the next office building, and from there – on to the Quality Department. There, a series of fascinating experiments awaited: dry ice, freezing alcohol, testing steel platesthickness, and measuring the oxygen level in the air. There was even a search for… a dinosaur and Mickey Mouse hidden in the steel pipes! Learning and fun went hand in hand – smiles were everywhere, on the kids’ faces and the parents’ too!
We then moved on to the production hall, where participants could watch the bending machine, heat treatment furnace, head pressing station, and steel parts cutting in action. Some of the top highlights included seeing the inside of a tank, rotating a tank body, and operating the overhead crane! To wrap it all up – each child received a balloon, a miniature metal wagon as a keepsake, and a sweet treat.
It was a truly special day – full of curiosity, excitement, and pride in their parents’ work.A huge thank you to all the employees who took the time to present their workstations and prepare the many attractions the children could enjoy!
Soon, the kids will visit our second manufacturing plant located at Zagórska Street.
There’s more fun to come…
